Each capsule contains coconut oil powder (125 mg coconut oil), type 1 hydrolysed marine collagen peptides (250 mg) and ascorbic acid (40 mg vitamin C, 50% of the reference intake), with anti-caking agents, in a bovine gelatin capsule. The serving is one capsule a day. Not suitable for vegans or vegetarians.
