About this product
Each capsule contains 1 mg of melatonin, 200 mg KSM-66 ashwagandha, 200 mg Aquamin TG (marine calcium and magnesium) and 150 mg GABA, in a clear HPMC capsule. The serving is one capsule before sleep.
Supplied as 60 capsules in clear 100 ml pots with black lids.

Reduction of time taken to fall asleep: the label must say the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
Jet lag: the label must say the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.
