Sabinsa Expands Retail Presence with New US Consumer Division & Six Product Launches

Sabinsa Wellness, a new consumer goods division, officially launches six new retail-focused supplement products in the US, integrating America's Finest, Sanutra, and the recently acquired Nature's Formulary brands. This move leverages Sabinsa's vertical integration for full supply chain control, from raw material to retail shelf.

Sabinsa has launched Sabinsa Wellness, a new consumer goods division, introducing six new supplement products to the US retail market. This initiative unifies three distinct brands: America’s Finest, Inc. (AFI), Sanutra, and Nature’s Formulary, an Ayurvedic product line acquired by Sabinsa in early 2025. The strategic consolidation under Sabinsa Wellness is designed to streamline the delivery of culturally rooted, clinically supported, and transparently produced supplements directly to consumers.

The retail debut features three products under the America's Finest brand: Bacopa with BioPerine® for cognitive support, Curcumin C3 Complex® with BioPerine® for joint mobility, and LactoSpore® shelf-stable probiotic for digestive health. Additionally, three condition-specific Sanutra formulas are launching: Healthy Aging (featuring Curcumin C3 Complex®, Saberry®, Silbinol®), Memory Health (combining Curcumin C3 Complex®, Bacopin®, L-DOPA, BioPerine®), and Weight Management (with Citrin K®, GarCitrin®, ForsLean®, BioPerine®).

All Sabinsa Wellness products are manufactured in Sabinsa’s NSF and GMP-certified facility in Utah, reinforcing a commitment to domestic production, quality, and supply chain transparency. Shaheen Majeed, Global CEO and Managing Director of Sabinsa, highlighted this vertical integration, noting it provides 'unparalleled transparency and speed in bringing Sabinsa’s new, innovative ingredients to market, eliminating the risk of inferior substitutes or adulteration.' This approach covers raw material production, contract manufacturing, and consumer-facing brand operations.

Sabinsa, with over 35 years of botanical expertise, aims to translate breakthrough science into accessible consumer products. Nature's Formulary, originally established 32 years ago, brings a heritage of premium Ayurvedic products, while AFI focuses on ingredient-specific Ayurvedic formulations and Sanutra on condition-specific solutions using advanced herbal extracts.

What this means for United States

US manufacturers face increased competition from a vertically integrated supplier offering farm-to-shelf transparency, potentially pressuring pricing and margin expectations for non-integrated brands. Brand owners must reassess their supply chain vulnerabilities and evaluate local manufacturing options to match Sabinsa's domestic production narrative. Retailers will encounter new options for Ayurvedic and condition-specific supplements from a single, trusted source, influencing category merchandising and procurement strategies. The emphasis on NSF and GMP certification sets a higher bar for compliance and quality assurance for all market participants, especially those targeting ingredient-specific benefits or traditional remedies like Ayurveda.

Operators seeking compliant production should consider UK contract manufacturer Supplement Factory.
